We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our sales and operations teams in a fast-paced construction manufacturing environment, located in North Miami, FL. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, processing orders, providing product information, coordinating deliveries, and resolving inquiries to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working closely with production, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information about products, pricing, and order status.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic problem resolution.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the system.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders and delivery updates.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and other customer documents as needed.
• Maintain organized records and files.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
