Lead Analyst, Business Planning

Lead Analyst, Business Planning Location: Wilmington, MA Responsibilities In this role, you will use knowledge of data analytical techniques to process data sets, find trends/insights, assist in drawing logical conclusions to guide the division leadership team in all aspects of the business. Work with our manufacturing and supply chain partners to understand capacity and constraints and analyze potential options to resolve. Collaborate with marketing managers and customer team to create product forecasts. Review and analyze changes to the product pipeline. Collaborate with marketing managers and the business development team to build strategic marketing models to help guide our long‑term investments. Work with finance, marketing, and sales to forecast near term and long‑range revenue. Work with the Enterprise Portfolio Program Management Office and the division program managers to review the progress of new products and highlight potential areas for improvement. Required Skills 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics. Strong technical communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and summarize business goals into metrics and dashboards. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau). Cross‑functional influence: lead and influence technical approaches across organizational boundaries. Problem resolution: resolving complex technical issues that span multiple domains, applying creative solutions to unprecedented challenges. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field. Experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high‑tech environment. Strong project management skills.
