RN Job RN Labor Delivery Full Time $7 night differential Shift Full Time Nights Pay Range $53.91 - $83.57 Location Los Angeles, 90059 Job Description The Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) Clinical Registered Nurse is able to consistently transfer scientific knowledge from social, biological and physical sciences in applying the nursing process and is responsible for helping people cope with difficulties in daily living that are associated with their actual or potential health or illness problems or the treatment thereof, and that require a substantial amount of scientific knowledge or technical skill. Reporting to the Clinical Unit Supervisor (CUS) of Perinatal Services, the LDRP Clinical Registered Nurse has 12 hour accountability for the delivery of patient care to a defined group of patients according to the age, population, and social needs of the patient and family. Qualifications Education Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing (individuals hired without a BSN will be required to complete a degree program within 5 years of their hire date) Qualifications/Experience Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum nursing with regard to regulatory guidelines and standard of practice; Nursery and/or NICU experience preferred. Current California Nursing license Certification in related nursing specialty preferred.
