In this role, you will operate and monitor whey processing, evaporation, and drying equipment to safely convert liquid whey into quality ingredients. Responsibilities include following strict food safety and sanitation standards, performing basic equipment checks, recording production and quality data, and working closely with operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
