Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Whey Production team member to operate and monitor equipment in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this role, you’ll support safe, efficient processing of whey and dairy ingredients by setting up, running, and cleaning production systems, following GMPs and safety procedures, and accurately recording process data. You’ll collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain product quality, troubleshoot basic issues, and support continuous improvement in a family-oriented, growth-focused environment.
