MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Job TitleJob DescriptionAssists analysts in preparing and maintaining licensing contracts. Aids in the monitoring of relations with licensees, affiliated manufacturers and retail distributors.Maintains office documents and provides management officials with assistance and information regarding the IP Management Division. Assists in collecting, computing, and assembling data for the development of the intellectual property (IP) activities.Performs administrative office support functions and maintains cooperative working relationships with co-workers, related functions, customers, and operating officials. Performs a wide variety of record keeping, updating manuals on policy and directives, reporting, and informational duties in support of the organizations programs, functions, and projects.Uses multiple office automation software capabilities to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spreadsheets, uses various computer programs that may be unique to the division.
