Position Overview Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties. Take photos of the property and gather property details and overall conditions. Prepare and submit detailed reports in a timely manner through the PC/Desktop system with attachments. Qualifications Reliable car available to travel to inspections. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet connection. Basic computer and communication skills. Coverage Area Nashville, TN.
