Construction Estimator

Base Pay Range $85,000 - $95,000

Highly Respected General Contractor with a backlog of medical / healthcare / commercial builds in major markets throughout the US is seeking to add an Estimator to its' operations at Headquarters in Nashville, TN.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in commercial construction estimating, large project management, and cost control. If you have a passion for negotiating contracts, pricing projects, and ensuring accurate estimates, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
\- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
\- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
\- Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software
\- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
\- Strong communication and negotiation skills
\- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
