The Opportunity As the Operations Manager, you will be the key leader responsible for overseeing all daily production, product packaging & loading and logistics activities. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring the timely production and shipping of high-quality goods while maintaining the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all day-to-day production, scheduling, and logistical operations within the facility. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize manufacturing costs. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations (OSHA), and environmental standards. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for operational activities. Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management within a manufacturing or industrial environment (e.g., chemical, petrochemical, , etc.). Operational Experience with Automated High Speed Packaging Equipment a definite plus Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality systems, and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting. Proven ability to manage large teams, complex schedules, and production budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with WMS and ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
