We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate who wants to make a lasting community impact while enjoying strong clinical support and a top-tier benefits package.
\nYou’ll step into a dual-setting behavioral health role split between an outpatient clinic and a local elementary school, providing integrated care and brief solution-focused interventions for both pediatric and adult populations within a collaborative care model.
\nYou’ll practice in Connell, Washington, a welcoming Columbia Basin community known for outdoor recreation, small-town connection, and a high quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Base salary: $63,500 to $79,400 plus incentives
\n • $10,000 sign-on bonus
\n • $10,000 relocation assistance

\n • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
\n • Paid time off: 24 days plus 9 paid holidays
