Global Corporate Counsel - Tech & Compliance Leader

Bruker Corporation in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to join the in-house Legal team. You will support general corporate matters, employment issues, and contract negotiations across a multinational technology company.

The role reports to the General Counsel and requires a US JD, MA licensure, and 4–6 years of relevant experience. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements while coordinating with outside counsel and global teams.
