England Logistics is scaling one of the country's leading independent freight agent networks, and we need a driven, relationship-first business development manager / recruiter to fuel that growth. In this role you won't just fill a pipeline — you'll be the first point of connection for experienced independent freight agents exploring their next business partner. Part sales, part recruiter, part consultant, part trusted advisor, you'll show entrepreneurial freight professionals how England Logistics can help them grow their business, boost profitability, and serve their customers better.

• $70,000 base salary, paid weekly, plus monthly uncapped commissions

What You'll Do

Build your pipeline. Proactively source and recruit independent freight agents through outbound prospecting — LinkedIn, social media, industry networks, referrals, and more. Make at least 50 quality prospecting calls a day, and keep sharpening your approach to boost engagement and conversion.

Consult, influence, and close. Lead discovery conversations that get to the heart of a prospect's business and goals. Build genuine trust with freight industry entrepreneurs, present England Logistics' Agent Partnership Program, and guide prospects from first contact to signed agreement.

Own your funnel. Keep a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, track your activity and conversion metrics in CRM, and stay focused on the deals that move the business forward — all while hitting monthly recruiting and onboarding targets.

Set new agents up to win. Partner with our Agent Services and onboarding teams to make sure every new agent has a smooth transition and a strong start.

What Success Looks Like

• Onboard 3 new agents per month
• 50+ quality prospecting and networking calls daily
• Accurate CRM activity and reporting
• A consistent flow of qualified leads sourced through LinkedIn, social, and industry channels

What We're Looking For

• Background in B2B sales, business development and/or recruiting
• A true hunter mentality with strong consultative selling and relationship-building instincts
• Excellent phone presence and verbal communication skills
• Comfort and confidence on LinkedIn and social media
• The ability to influence decision-makers and close deals
• Sharp organizational skills and CRM discipline
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the drive to work independently and the collaboration skills to succeed on a team
• Freight brokerage, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
