Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated registered nurse for night shifts in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, monitoring complex conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including fall prevention, infection control, and emergency procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid CA RN license uploaded within the last two weeks.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 2 years of applicable clinical experience in a similar setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess current AHA or ARC certifications, including ACLS and BLS.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent patient communication and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work night shifts, including every other weekend and on-call as needed.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with travel and general healthcare regulations.
