Play with Kids! Behavior Technician Help autistic children find their voice. And discover your calling. As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you’ve never heard of. You’ll be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work is so important. What you’ll do

- $20 - $23 / hour based on experience and education
- Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pm (15-20/week)
- $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
- $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
- +$2/hour for weekend shifts
- +$5/hour for company-observed holidays
- Cities Targeting- Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero
- We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual a plus!
