We're seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with expertise in defending liability and coverage matters who is eager to deliver exceptional client service without sacrificing personal balance.

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in general liability cases including auto, commercial auto, premises liability, UM/UIM and coverage matters across New Jersey
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses and prepare case strategy with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct depositions, hearings and legal research while advising clients on risk exposure and potential outcomes
• Litigate aggressively, manage high-volume caseloads independently and develop trial skills under mentorship from senior attorneys

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active New York or New Jersey Bar license required
• 3-5 years of insurance defense experience in auto, commercial auto, premises liability and/or coverage matters
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage cases independently, generate revenue consistently and commitment to learning trial practice
