Project Manager for CNC Machining Job Shop

Our growing CNC Machine Job Shop is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of assigned CNC machining projects, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery. Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Manage documentation and reporting for internal and customer needs. Requirements Experience in project management within a manufacturing or job shop environment. Familiar with CNC machining processes, materials, and workflows. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
