Location: Pensacola, FL

Job Type: Permanent Placement

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Weekend Requirement: 2 Weekend Shifts Per Month

Pay Rate: $35.77 - $49.18/Hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a leading rehabilitation team. This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates looking to build their careers in an acute rehabilitation setting.
Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) License.
• BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• New Graduates Welcome.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
• Support therapy assistants and students when needed.
