Senior Project Architect (Interiors Focused)

A nationally recognized, design-led architecture and interiors studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect with a strong interiors focus to join its growing Miami office. This is a senior leadership role within a collaborative practice delivering refined hospitality, luxury residential, and mixed‑use environments. You will lead architecturally driven interior projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence while maintaining a strong design narrative. The studio is known for beautifully detailed, high‑caliber work where architecture and interiors are seamlessly integrated. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from concept through construction administration, with a strong focus on interior architecture Develop and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications and coordination sets Present design concepts and technical solutions confidently to clients Manage and mentor internal teams, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to uphold design intent Key Skills / Requirements: 8+ years of experience within architecture, with significant exposure to hospitality, luxury residential or mixed‑use interiors Proven ability to lead projects across all phases, including documentation and site coordination Strong technical proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation skills Highly organized, detail‑driven and confident managing multiple deadlines To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).
