Senior Associate / Manager – Enterprise Data Advisory Role Overview We are seeking a high impact Senior Associate / Manager to join our Enterprise Data Advisory practice, supporting finance transformation initiatives across enterprise data platforms. This role partners directly with senior leaders to help organizations move from report-ready data to decision-ready, AI-governed data. You will work across strategy and execution, bridging finance, data, and technology to deliver practical, scalable solutions. You will play a critical role in helping clients modernize financial reporting, improve data governance, and unlock automation across platforms such as Workiva, NetSuite, Fusion, SAP ECC/S4, OneStream, Oracle, and cloud data environments (AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery). What You’ll Do Client Delivery & Advisory Support and lead finance data transformation engagements, including: financial data lineage & mapping AI data readiness assessments & scorecards ESG / sustainability reporting evaluations Close optimization and reporting automation initiatives Translate complex finance and system environments into clear, executive ready insights Data & Integration Execution Help design and support integration pipelines across: ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Fusion, etc.) Reporting tools (Workiva, EPM, Looker, Power BI) Cloud data platforms (S3, Snowflake, BigQuery) Assist in building and configuring: Workiva Wdata pipelines, Chains, and data models Data mapping, transformation logic, and validation checks Support development of “Integration Hub” concepts to centralize finance data Governance, Controls & Risk Assess and document: Data ownership, configurations and controls, and governance gaps Risks in financial reporting and disclosures Help implement frameworks for: AI / Automation governance and data quality Audit-ready financial processes Support clients in reducing reliance on manual processes Deliverables & Assets Create high-quality, structured outputs including: Data lineage diagrams AI/Automation/Data readiness scorecards & heatmaps Process flows and operating models Executive presentations and board level materials Contribute to reusable firm assets: Service offerings (AI, Automation, Financial Data Architecture, ESG, Integration Hub) Accelerators, templates, and playbooks Business Development Support Support proposal development, SOWs, and client presentations Help articulate value, ROI, and business impact to executive stakeholders Contribute to thought leadership What We’re Looking For Core Experience 3+ years of experience in Consulting, finance transformation, or data advisory ERP/EPM/BI reporting environments Strong understanding of financial statements, close process, and reporting structures Strong understanding of data flows and data lineage across finance systems Technical & Functional Skills Experience with one or more: Workiva (Wdata, Chains, reporting) SQL / data transformation logic Cloud data platforms (AWS S3, Snowflake, BigQuery) Familiarity with: Data modeling, mappings, and ETL concepts Regulatory, ESG or sustainability reporting (a plus) Consulting & Communication Skills Ability to: Break down complex problems into clear, structured insights Communicate effectively with both finance and IT stakeholders Build executive-ready deliverables Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action and outcomes Mindset & Fit Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Able to balance strategy + execution Strong ownership mentality, someone who can run with work, not wait for it Interest in AI, automation, and the future of modern finance What Success Looks Like You quickly become a trusted extension of the engagement lead You can independently manage workstreams and deliverables You help clients uncover insights they didn’t know they were missing You contribute to building new offerings, not just delivering work Why This Role is Different Not a traditional consulting role Build next‑generation capabilities in AI‑ready finance data environments, ESG and regulatory reporting transformation, and integrated data ecosystems across ERP + reporting platforms Work closely with senior leaders and have real influence on how organizations evolve and modernize, not just document it Bonus Experience with Workiva ecosystem Exposure to private equity, M&A, or multi‑entity environments Background in accounting, finance, or analytics Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $130,000 This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual bonus opportunity.
