Level 1 Sap Basis Help Desk AnalystThe Sap Basis Junior Consultant will be responsible for assisting in the administration, maintenance, and support of JTSi clients' Sap systems. The Sap Basis Junior Consultant will work closely with Sap Senior Basis consultants to ensure Sap systems operate reliably and efficiently and to maintain the integrity of the Sap environment. He/She will be working as Level 1 Sap Basis Help Desk Analyst to monitor and provide basic troubleshooting and fixes. Excellent opportunity to grow and learn hands-on Cloud technologies on AWS and Azure.Roles and Responsibilities:Level 1 Basis Help Desk - trouble shoot basic problems and triage to Level 2 for bigger issuesWork with Sap Senior Basis consultantsAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Sap systemsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates as needed.Perform system copies, refreshes, and client copies as part of system maintenance activities.Administer the Sap database in alignment with agreed standards to maximize system performance and availability.Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule downtime and minimize impact on business operations during maintenance activities.Monitor Backups for successful completionMonitor Sap systems and create Service Now ticketsExperience:Minimum of 3 years Sap basis experienceExperience in Sap Backup and Recovery, Sap Basis Monitoring, Sap Patch Management, Router Configuration, Sap Kernel Administration and Sap Hana & S/4HANA.Hana experience a big plusCompetencies:Basic understanding of Sap Basis concepts and administration tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processesExcellent English language written and oral communication skills.Customer orientation.
