Job Description

We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will assist in managing both internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit communications content including press releases, newsletters, and internal announcements
• Coordinate communication projects and support cross-functional teams
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and public relations initiatives
• Maintain company voice and tone across all communication channels
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies
• Support the execution of crisis communication plans when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools
