Manager, Program Performance & Strategy

Manager, Supply Chain Partner Management Location: Smyrna, TN We are looking for a Manager to oversee our Partner Management team, working with client accounts to support program performance across advanced exchange replacements, same unit repairs, and same‑day deliveries. Responsibilities Serve as point of contact to intake and evaluate opportunities from client services and existing clients. Support program performance by analyzing program metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and additional data sources and engaging with key stakeholders. Review customer escalations, coordinate root‑cause analysis, and support solutions for systemic problems. Identify and support operational improvements needed to achieve or exceed KPIs by gathering data, identifying trends, managing progress on initiatives, and ensuring appropriate ownership. Identify and support program enhancements to deliver new capabilities and value to customers. Ensure Supply Chain functions are compliant with contractual and business commitments through regular in‑depth program reviews. Hold Supply Chain teams accountable for Customer Promise goals using dashboards and frequent engagement. Re‑frame how Supply Chain measures performance, bringing functions closer to the customer. Qualifications Strong business acumen, analytical ability, curiosity, and urgency to drive results. Self‑starter with a demonstrated ability to lead initiatives that drive significant customer impact. Ability to prioritize and support initiatives in a highly matrixed environment. Proven experience telling a story to diverse audiences. Proven ability to translate analysis into clear action plans to improve performance. Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills, with an understanding of cross‑functional program integration and the ability to drive change.
