Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Agent role based in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing real property, conduct property showings, prepare and present offers, and guide clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market analyses, and staying informed about local inventory and pricing trends. The role also involves coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals, preparing marketing materials for listings, and attending office meetings and training sessions. The agent is expected to uphold ethical standards, comply with state and local regulations, and provide consistent, high‑quality customer service. Qualifications Valid Real Estate license and strong understanding of real estate principles and practices. Sales skills and experience in client‑facing roles focused on driving transactions and achieving targets. Customer service skills, including responsiveness, clear communication, and relationship‑building abilities. Knowledge of real property laws, contracts, and local market conditions in the Grand Rapids area. Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions. Basic technology proficiency, including use of MLS systems, CRM tools, e‑mail, and standard office software. Reliable transportation, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and commitment to ongoing professional development are beneficial.
