Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a direct support for your management team-executing with excellence.
• Achieving and exceeding daily sales and productivity goals-while supporting others as they do the same.
• Building loyalty through personalized customer connections creating positively memorable shopping experiences and building baskets.
• Working with integrity; acting as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently processing customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Mastering product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborating with an amazing team of Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintaining regular store maintenance, following loss prevention standards, ensuring timely processing of product receipts, keeping shelves full and products priced accordingly.
• Being willing to perform additional duties as required.

• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts
• A passion for the health & wellness industry
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. Holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate
