Vice President Talent

Blue Rock Human Capital is retained on a search for a VP of Talent, reporting to the CHRO of a private equity-backed national contracting firm. This is a newly created role overseeing both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development enterprise-wide. Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition and Talent Development strategy across a multi-state, multi-business-unit organization Direct implementation of new HR technology supporting succession planning, performance management, and compensation Build succession planning and performance management infrastructure from the ground up Manage and develop TA and TD team leadership Improve hiring process rigor and consistency across professional and hourly workforces Qualifications Progressive leadership experience across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, with demonstrated depth in at least one and credible ownership of the other Experience operating within a multi-state, multi-business-unit organization Track record building HR infrastructure and process from the ground up Experience with succession planning and performance management systems Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy at a senior strategic level #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Rock Human Capital
