Our client is a fast-growing and nationally-recognized Third Party Logistics provider (3PL). They are seeking a VP of Operations to join their existing team. This is a regional role managing multiple 3PL’s in the Midwest/Eastern United States, with one of their main facilities close to the Rockdale area in Illinois. Here is a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom. VP of Warehouse Operations (Rockdale, IL - w/ Travel): Must have strong experience managing multiple warehouses or distribution centers Must have experience with storage and logistics for hard or soft goods Must be comfortable traveling regionally (via plane) to various operating locations Must have experience analyzing best practices across operating divisions Must have excellent communication and management skills Must have experience with full P&L and budgetary ownership Salary likely $220k - $250K + car allowance + 30% bonus + benefits Our client is healthy and growing nationally.
