Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist

A client is seeking a Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist to support the Internal Campaign Operations team with the day-to-day execution of creative trafficking across global campaigns. The role will help coordinate creative deliveries, maintain campaign schedules, ensure assets meet platform requirements, and support accurate creative tagging and naming conventions across multiple advertising channels and vendors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations platforms, strong knowledge of creative formats and specifications, and the organizational skills needed to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and changing
timelines simultaneously.

• Location: Burbank, CA (Onsite)
• Contract Duration: 6+ Months
• Rate Range: $32-$42/hr
• Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C

Responsibilities:

• Attend campaign and creative release meetings to stay current on upcoming launches and flight dates.

• Communicate creative delivery timelines and scheduling changes to the media buying team and internal marketing partners.

• Ensure creative assets are received in the correct format and within required deadlines.

• Maintain a centralized database of creative specifications and requirements across vendors and advertising platforms.

• Build and maintain workback schedules that track creative delivery deadlines against campaign launch dates.

• Support accurate application of creative tagging and naming conventions.

• Identify and flag tracking or trafficking discrepancies for Supervisor review.

• Provide basic creative best-practice recommendations based on platform specifications.

• Coordinate creative trafficking activities across social, programmatic, display, OTT, and other advertising channels.

• Manage multiple campaigns and shifting timelines while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations tools.

• Experience with platforms such as:

  • Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)

  • Flashtalking

  • Innovid

  • Similar creative trafficking or ad operations platforms

• Familiarity with creative formats and specifications across multiple platforms.

• Experience supporting advertising campaigns across display, video, native, and social channels.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and changing timelines simultaneously.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with media planning/buying teams and creative stakeholders.

• Experience supporting global advertising campaigns.

• Experience working with media buying, planning, creative, and marketing teams.

• Experience working across multiple vendors and advertising platforms.

• Familiarity with digital advertising workflows and creative release processes.

• Experience providing basic creative recommendations based on platform specifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of direct creative trafficking/ad operations experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with CM360, Flashtalking, Innovid, or comparable platforms.

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, creative assets, launch dates, and shifting deadlines.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Able to identify creative, tagging, naming, tracking, and trafficking issues before they impact campaign launches.

• Strong communicator who can coordinate effectively with media buying and creative stakeholders.

• Comfortable working onsite in Burbank, CA.
