PERKS Base + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses Year 1 OTE: ~$130K; Top Reps hit $500k+ Attainable quota: Recent hires hit 133% and 150% in Year 1 Promotion opportunities: Both previous reps were promoted within their first year Full benefits + 401k with match + stock options Car allowance & cell phone + mileage reimbursement Represent industry-leading capital equipment in one of the hottest categories in aesthetics SUMMARY The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships, and building a strong sales pipeline within the Central Tennessee market. You’ll develop new accounts, cold-call physician practices (dermatology, plastics, aesthetics specialties), and push deals 60–70% of the way before partnering with the Area Sales Manager to close. REQUIREMENTS 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience (medical sales a plus but not required) Hunter mentality! MUST HAVE!
