Warehouse Foreman (Lead), Service Training

Job Description

$35+ per house PLUS performance bonuses , FULL BENEFITS, PAID VACATION, HOLIDAYS, 401K, etc. Come work for a stable and growing business! We are seeking bright, ambitious people with experience managing personnel, coaching and training, and prioritizing multiple tasks. This is a customer service environment--our foreman is responsible for scheduling warehouse associates, teaching and training, safety, and maintaining a positive and eager atmosphere. Co-worker cooperation is the key ingredient in our company's ability to succeed. This position requires ability to perform some physical labor in an instructive environment, and to effectively delegate differing types of tasks. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their performance, and is always looking for improvement.
