Overview This is a leadership role at Always Flavored. We need someone who can lead a shift, protect the customer experience, keep the team moving, and work hands‑on in the bistro. This is not a sit‑back manager position. Responsibilities Lead a shift and oversee all operations. Maintain a high level of customer experience. Keep the team moving and motivated while working hands‑on on the floor. Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory. Supervise other employees, correct and redirect them, and ensure smooth service. Drive the bistro to meet daily goals. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, café, food service, retail, catering, or customer service. 2 years of continuous employment with a record of reliable work. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Legal age 21 or older. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment. Eligibility and Availability Must be 21 or older. Available to work weekends and flexible scheduling. Reliable transportation required.
