Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and manage daily office flow Schedule patients and manage care plans and paperwork Answer phones and assist with scheduling and questions Keep patient flow moving efficiently throughout the office Support the clinical team to ensure smooth operations Assist doctors with patient care during exams and therapies when needed Experience Requirements Prior EMR/EHR experience required Previous medical or healthcare office experience required Strong customer service background Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy (preferred) Experience with social media or marketing (a plus) Work Schedule Some evening shifts required Occasional weekend hours Important Note This is an active, team-oriented role — you’ll be on your feet for much of the day and jumping in wherever needed to support patients and your team.
