Community Health Outreach Specialist
Oakland County, Michigan Government
Oakland County Health Division seeks a Community Health Worker to connect residents with resources and improve community well-being. This onsite role supports partnerships with schools, clinics, and local agencies. You will engage residents through outreach and events, focus on underserved populations, and promote health programs.
