Fleet Coordinator

Compensation Breakdown Hourly Rate: $26 - $32 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule Full-Time 40 Hours Weekly Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm Benefits Company device provided Referral program Medical, dental, vision, and chiropractor insurance 401(k) retirement plan Vacation, sick, and holiday pay Position Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet administration, logistics, or operational support Valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficiency with Microsoft and Google systems Ability to quickly master fleet management software and telematics systems such as Azuga or Smart Fleet USA Organizational skills and attention to detail Communication skills Position Responsibilities Maintenance & repairs: proactively schedule all preventative maintenance, coordinate repairs with external shops, and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up. Ensure vehicles are clean, properly equipped, and immediately available for assignment, and conduct routine inspections for damage. Maintain precise records for registration, titles, insurance, and safety certificates, manage the fuel card program, and process related invoices. Utilize GPS and telematics software to monitor vehicle locations and support enforcement of safe driving policies.
