At our South Milwaukee facility, you’ll be part of a team that builds some of the largest and most powerful mining machines in the world. This facility specializes in the production of Cat® Electric Rope Shovels (ERS) used in mining operations around the world. Job Summary As an Experienced FCAW Welder, you will perform high‑quality welding on large, complex structural steel components that support the production of world‑class heavy equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the strength, safety, and durability of products used in demanding industrial and mining environments. You will work from detailed blueprints and welding procedures while operating in a safety‑first, team‑based manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for skilled welders who take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and building equipment that makes a global impact.
