We are seeking an organized and community-minded Program Coordinator ! In this role, you will manage client cases, coordinate community outreach, and handle essential administrative operations to support our program's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist clients through the application process and verify eligibility requirements.
- Case Management: Efficiently manage multiple client caseloads simultaneously while maintaining accurate records.
- Community Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and outreach initiatives.
- Administrative Operations: Handle daily office duties, including managing emails, faxing, and filing critical documentation.
- Administrative Experience: Proven background in an administrative or professional office role.
- Case Management: Direct experience managing caseloads or coordinating client services.
- Event Planning: Demonstrated experience in event coordination and community planning.
- Community Awareness: Experience working closely with lower-income populations or underserved communities.
