Become a Key Player as a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

You will lead a small team and drive integrated customer marketing programs that move business metrics and deepen product usage for the client. You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders—brand, product marketing, media, and regional teams—to plan, execute, and measure high-impact campaigns. This role balances people leadership with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy and operational execution.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Lead and coach a team of marketing contractors (2 ICs), overseeing projects and cross-functional alignment
• Own major integrated marketing initiatives from planning through execution and measurement
• Provide strategic input to campaign briefs to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer insights
• Partner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, and regional teams to deliver work at scale
• Ensure operational rigor across budgets, timelines, and resourcing
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creativity within the team

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 7–10 years of experience in marketing management, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles
• Proven ability to lead large, complex marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles across brand, digital, social, media, and content
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect insights to action
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

$56.15 - $70.18/hour
