Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate required
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field
• Prior experience or strong interest working with Autistic Support students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction to students in Autistic Support classrooms
• Coordinate with classroom PCAs and other support staff
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Maintain effective communication with families and educational partners
• Uphold a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development
