Contingent Workforce Specialist
Position Type: 1-year contract Location: San Jose, CA 95110 Work Model: Hybrid (23 days onsite) Pay Rate $40 - $42/hr. on w2
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce Program
- Support managers on CW policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Review and approve new worker requests
- Act as the first escalation point for CW-related issues
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Partner with internal teams on audits and special projects
- Maintain and update process documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 23 years in contingent workforce, staffing, or HR operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Workday, VNDLY, ServiceNow (preferred)
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset
