Senior Software Engineer

Position Overview

Deep Sync is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a core member of our US engineering team. This individual will make significant technical contributions to the design and development of our AI-first products and platforms. This role requires a skilled technical professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio, from design through to deployment.
• Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product management and design, to define, architect, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ .
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS ) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes ).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• Experience working in Ad-Tech industry is a bonus

Location: Kirkland, WA (This role requires on-site presence for the first six months. After that period, a hybrid schedule may be available—typically remote on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, subject to manager discretion.) 

We are registered to do business in the following states and welcome candidates based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New York, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington. Roles based in Washington and Florida follow our hybrid/in-office requirements, while positions in all other states are fully remote.
