Job Description
Title: Telemetry Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule:
12-hour Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, every other weekend required.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 8 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

Requirements:
- 2+ years of telemetry experience
- 1 year of previous travel experience
- MA nursing license
- ACLS and BLS certification (AHA)
- TNCC certification
- PALS or ENPC (equivalent) certification
- Telemetry test administered on first day (pass/fail)

Compliance / Notes:
- Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted).
- Must be separated for a minimum of 6 months to be considered for this position.
- Orientation conducted biweekly.
