Sparks Fitness is looking for a Fitness Equipment Sales Advisor to join our Dallas showroom team.

This is an onsite role for someone who uses critical thinking, problem solving, and good judgment to earn customer trust. Most customers who visit our showroom are already interested in purchasing fitness equipment. Success comes from understanding what the customer truly needs, helping them evaluate options, and connecting them with the right solution.

This is not a cold-calling position. Customers and leads come to us through our showroom, website, and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility is to understand customer goals and recommend the equipment that best fits their needs, space, and budget.

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, professional, dependable, and enjoys helping people make informed purchasing decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

• $62,400-$72,800 annually base pay based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses
• Health insurance available after 90 days
• Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 90 days
• Full-time position

Schedule

• Onsite at our Dallas showroom
• Five-day work week with two days off
• Weekend availability required
• Showroom hours Monday through Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Showroom hours Sunday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer goals, space requirements, and budget
• Recommend appropriate fitness equipment solutions
• Respond to showroom, phone, email, and online leads
• Follow up with customers throughout the purchasing process
• Learn product features and specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom
• Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and exceptional service

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to learn fitness equipment products and features
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or fitness industry experience is preferred
