Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns, and providing strategic tax advice to support our clients' financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.Provide expert guidance on tax compliance and planning strategies to clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' financial objectives.Supervise and mentor junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance processes.Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and legislation to ensure compliance and to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide comprehensive tax solutions.Assist clients with trust and estate planning needs, ensuring tax implications are properly addressed.QualificationsCPA certification is ideal.4+ years of experience in tax management or public accounting with a focus on partnership and individual tax returns.Strong knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements.Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and their tax planning needs is preferred.Familiarity with Ultratax or similar tax software is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and staff.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k and Profit SharingPTOHybrid schedule
