Our client is a respected community-based healthcare organization dedicated to improving health outcomes for underserved populations through education, advocacy, and direct support services.

They are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide nutritional counseling, care planning, education, and resource coordination for clients in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional screenings, assessments, and periodic reassessments
• Verify client program eligibility and required documentation
• Develop individualized nutritional care plans and meal planning strategies
• Counsel clients on improving food access, health outcomes, and nutrition habits
• Connect clients with food resources, healthcare services, and community support programs
• Track progress toward nutritional and health goals
• Plan and facilitate educational workshops and health/nutrition forums
• Collect and analyze client outcome data and program metrics
• Maintain accurate documentation, client records, and service reporting
• Support quality assurance initiatives and program evaluation efforts

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional nutrition experience
• Experience in client counseling, nutritional assessment, and care planning
• Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a community health, nonprofit, or public health environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Community health or nonprofit experience
• Experience working with underserved populations
• Public health education or wellness program experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $36.00–$40.00 per hour
• Paid Time Off
• Full-time employment

Work Environment:

• Onsite role in San Bernardino, CA
• Full-time
• Light lifting up to 25 pounds may occasionally be required
