We're hiring a Bilingual Sorter (Lead) who wants more than a sorting job — this position is a direct path into a Lead role. You'll start by learning our warehouse operations hands-on, then move into training new hires, supporting the team, and acting as a key communication link between associates and supervisors.

Flexible schedule required to work any days Monday-Sunday, but will only be 32-40 hours per week.

Job duties:

• Sort, separate, and organize products and materials according to established guidelines
• Move products to designated areas within the warehouse
• Inspect items for accuracy, damage, or other issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Support general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or similar experience
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, on your feet, doing repetitive tasks
• Clear communicator who works well as part of a team
