PAY: $50,000-$65,000 annual salary

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years in a procurement or buying role, with Telecom experience being a plus
• Proficiency in database, order processing, and MS 365 software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Sage 100 experience a plus

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PURCHASING AGENT - MATERIALS BUYER

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

As our Purchasing Agent - Materials Buyer, you'll manage inventory to ensure materials are always available, preventing operational delays. Your responsibilities include sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, creating purchase orders, and collaborating with internal teams to understand purchasing needs. You'll analyze costs for savings opportunities, maintain a vendor database, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues to keep NCT running smoothly.
