This position will provide critical support during a departmental transition by processing high-volume transactions and assisting with key accounting functions. The successful candidate will help ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory and vendor-related transactions while supporting month-end close activities.## ## Key Responsibilities* Process a high volume of inventory transactions, including transfers, write-offs, and corrections.* Assist with month-end close activities by running, reviewing, and distributing Gross Margin and Contribution Margin reports.* Review and create new vendor records in Microsoft Dynamics GP for Accounts Payable.* Maintain accurate vendor master data and supporting documentation.* Communicate with internal departments regarding vendor setup requests and the status of vendor records.* Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.## ## Qualifications* Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.* Entry-level accounting experience with at least one year of relevant accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience preferred.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.## *Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.***Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:**Diversity of people, cultures, opinions, and ideas makes us all stronger.
