You will play a key role in administering the corporate card and employee expense programs. You will help resolve employee inquiries, ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls, and provide a positive employee experience through timely and accurate support.You will also support vendor payment processing and respond to payment-related inquiries while helping maintain accurate records, effective controls, and timely issue resolution. Your work will contribute to the efficient operation of the Accounts Payable team and the delivery of exceptional service to employees and business partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the administration of the corporate card programCoordinate employee expense programs and audit expense reports for compliance with company policies and internal controlsProvide support and coaching related to Concur expense reporting, payment inquiries, and system issuesContribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of payment operationsSupport reporting, documentation, process improvements, and accounts payable projectsProvide backup coverage and support special assignments as neededREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGAssociate degree or higher2+ years of accounts payable, expense management, or equivalent business experienceQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorshipPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSExperience with Concur Expense, corporate card administration, and SAPIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and TeamsAbility to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detailStrong team player with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, research, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and internal-control best practicesAbility to learn multiple systems and business processes and train others effectivelyAdaptability and a willingness to learn new skillsJOB REQUIREMENTSFull-timeOffice environmentRemote work is available one day per week following the 90-day onboarding periodThis role is not eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
