How You’ll Make an Impact You will lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence across engineering projects. Drive cost reduction programs by identifying inefficiencies and improving resource utilization. Implement process improvements that maintain quality and safety standards while enhancing efficiency. Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation and process optimization projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What You Bring A minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical or non-technical roles, with a passion for rejoining the workforce. A career break of 1+ years is welcomed, along with transferable skills and a growth mindset. Proven experience in leading operational excellence initiatives and delivering measurable financial benefits. Strong analytical skills to develop and track KPIs and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills to produce and present performance reports to senior management.
