Production / Warehouse Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Production / Warehouse Supervisor to lead weekend night shift operations. This hands-on leadership position is responsible for supervising employees, scheduling workloads, maintaining safety and quality standards, supporting training, and ensuring production goals are met.

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities
• Schedule workloads and adjust staffing based on production needs
• Train, coach, and support employees in daily operations
• Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing employee training
• Monitor employee performance and assist with performance evaluations
• Address performance issues and maintain required documentation
• Collect production data and prepare reports as needed
• Inspect work areas and maintain 5S housekeeping standards
• Maintain inventory control and organized production processes
• Communicate effectively with employees and other departments
• Promote safe work practices and follow OSHA safety standards
• Assist with production equipment including overhead cranes, buffers, hand tools, and weld extruders as needed

Qualifications

• Two to four years of team lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Two to four years of experience scheduling and coordinating workloads preferred
• Knowledge of workplace safety and OSHA standards
• Knowledge of 5S principles
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory control and production processes
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely paperwork
• Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred

Equipment Experience

• Overhead crane
• Buffers and hand tools
• Weld extruder
• Other production and material handling equipment as required

• Full-time
