Registered Pharmacist In Charge HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Registered Pharmacist In Charge to fill an opening with a top-rated healthcare employer dedicated to optimizing outcomes and providing a high-touch caring experience to all patients in Salem, VA. Pay Details: $127-166K (Based on experience) Premium Pay Incentive Annual Bonus $8k - $15k Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, they will need to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend 40 hours a week, Days & autonomy to create your own schedule! Daily Responsibilities for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge: Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department Shift : As the Pharmacist Leader, they will have the autonomy to create their own schedule | As the leader, needs to be flexible! | Must be willing to work every other weekend Weekdays - Open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Weekends - Open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays 10 - 5 on Sundays Required qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing Retail Pharmacy experience Preferred qualifications for the Registered Pharmacist In Charge: Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s) Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management Benefits for the Registered Pharmacist in Charge: Best-in-class benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance plan options Paid Time Off - Vacation and Health and Wellness days + paid Holidays 401(k) Match, Retirement Plans, and Tuition Reimbursement Culture: Lower Pharmacist to Technician ratio to ensure you can focus on what matters, your patients!
